If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, follow these instructions carefully so that your order is processed correctly.

• Name and surname of the person placing the order

• Delivery address

• Product name

• Desired quantity

Before making the transfer, wait for the confirmation email from our customer service that will notify you if the quantities you have ordered are available and what is the total amount of your order.

Remember to indicate in the reason for the transfer the name and surname you entered when ordering.

The shipment of the order will take place only after the sum has been credited to our current account. The credit must take place no later than 7 working days from the date of sending the order: after this period the order will be considered automatically canceled.
